Traidy Bugeja-Naidoo — queer CALD founder, legally educated community-sector professional, and human-centred systems strategist.
I'm a queer CALD founder, legally educated community-sector professional, and human-centred systems strategist. I built Traidy Consult because the Australian disability and community sectors are drowning in two extremes: compliance people who don't understand humans, and advocates who don't understand operations.
The people falling through the gap are participants, staff, and quietly burning-out founders.
I've trained in law. I've worked in NDIS operations and care coordination. I've sat on recruitment panels and intake assessments. I've been the queer CALD person navigating systems that weren't designed for me. I know what it feels like when a service 'doesn't quite get you' — and I know what it costs an organisation to deliver that experience again and again without realising why churn is rising.
Traidy Consult exists to close that gap — modularly, across NDIS providers, training organisations, government inclusion teams, and community-sector founders. Every engagement is built so you are more capable when I leave than when I arrived. That's the only metric of success I care about.
"I help organisations be both compliant and human — at the same time."
— Traidy Bugeja-NaidooLegally trained with board-level depth. Governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and strategic advisory — built with the precision and rigour most consultants simply can't match.
Hands-on experience across care coordination, recruitment, and business development within the NDIS ecosystem. Not theoretical — operational.
Navigated sector services firsthand as a queer and CALD person. The gap between the boardroom and the communities organisations serve is a strategic problem Traidy closes from inside.
Workshop facilitation in LGBTQIA+ inclusion, cultural capability, and trauma-informed practice. Designed from the participant's experience, not the regulator's checklist.
Founded a niche NDIS provider from zero — built it, ran it, recruited for it, and lost sleep over it. Founder credibility that no advisory background can replicate.
Professional Indemnity ($5M+) and Public Liability ($20M) insured. Certificates available on request. Sydney-based, remote and on-site available nationally.
Sydney-based with national reach. Approximately 70% of engagements run remotely. On-site work available nationally with travel billed at cost.
Traidy doesn't just understand the communities he serves from the outside. He has navigated those systems himself — as a queer person, as a CALD person, as someone the sector wasn't always designed for.
That lived reality isn't a footnote to his credentials. It is the credential. It's what allows him to walk into a boardroom and immediately close the gap between what an organisation thinks it's delivering and what its community actually experiences.
It's the difference between consulting and translating. Traidy translates — between policy and people, compliance and culture, intention and impact.
There are other fractional executives in Australia. Here is why this one is different.
Traidy founded a niche NDIS provider from zero — built it, ran it, recruited for it, and lost sleep over it. When Traidy sits in your CEO or COO seat, it's not from a textbook. It's from having actually held the seat in their own organisation.
Board papers reviewed with a lawyer's eye. Contracts read carefully before they're signed. Governance frameworks built with regulatory literacy. Conflict-of-interest declarations done professionally.
Queer. CALD. Disability-community-fluent. That gap between the boardroom and the communities organisations are supposed to serve is a strategic problem — and Traidy is uniquely positioned to close it from inside the executive seat.
Many clients describe the weekly Fractional check-in as the most relieving hour of their week. Legally trained, professionally bound, contractually committed, and emotionally steady — the confidential sparring partner a founder-CEO actually needs.
NDIS, community, inclusion, and queer/CALD-aligned sectors. Faster ramp, deeper sector knowledge, and immediate credibility with the regulators, funders, and peak bodies your organisation already deals with.
Your first 30 minutes with Traidy is complimentary. No pitch. No pressure. Just an honest conversation about what you're carrying.
